Salsa

So we found this restaurant where this woman comes to your table with a big mortar and pestal and a whole bunch of bowls with really yummy looking ingredients in them. She then asks us what we want in our salsa.

Oh yes. . fresh, made to order, ground at the table salsa.
It's ok to be jealous.
